I am a Kashmiri Wikimedian, actively contributing to Wikipedia since 2022 and also participating on Wikimedia Commons. My main interest is in improving and creating content related to Kashmir, its culture, history, heritage, and Islam, so that people across the world can access authentic and reliable information. I enjoy working on both text and media, whether it is writing articles, editing existing pages, or uploading and curating images on Commons. Being part of the Wikimedia community allows me to connect with people who share the same passion for free knowledge, and it motivates me to contribute regularly. My aim is to preserve and promote Kashmiri identity and knowledge on open platforms while supporting the global vision of making knowledge freely available to everyone.
